all right well a new report from the Senate U.S
\nHouse of no not the Senate from the U.S House<\/p>\n
of Representatives select subcommittee on the
\ncoronavirus pandemic shows that Dr Anthony fauci<\/p>\n
and his colleagues heavily influenced a paper
\non the origins of kovid in order to steer the<\/p>\n
national conversation away from a possible lab
\nleak now in terms of censorship this was a very<\/p>\n
successful project we were not supposed to say
\nthat covid leak from a lab it was called racist<\/p>\n
and conspiracy theory uh and when we were told to
\nfollow the science it’s interesting because now<\/p>\n
we have proof that the doctors were in fact making
\nup the science especially as it came to the origin<\/p>\n
of the covid pandemic this is the third time we’ve
\nseen information about this very paper and fauci’s<\/p>\n
foot fingerprints all over it I was going to
\nsay Footprints fingerprints is probably more<\/p>\n
accurate but who knows and it keeps just getting
\nmore and more incriminating for fauci and friends<\/p>\n
in March the committee released a first report
\nand what they showed us and we reported here<\/p>\n
was that Dr fauci and his colleagues commissioned
\nand influenced to the results of this study that<\/p>\n
showed that kovid could not have come from a lab
\nhere was their conclusion our analysis clearly<\/p>\n
show that covet is not a laboratory construct or
\na purposely manipulated virus okay this paper was<\/p>\n
off quoted as basically the final word on covid
\nwas not a lab leak we also saw that Who doctors<\/p>\n
and also both Dr fauci and Dr Francis Collins had
\nbeen given the chance to see drafts of the paper<\/p>\n
we knew that we also knew that they influenced
\nthis paper and that another doctor one of their<\/p>\n
buddies Jeremy Ferrar who is now Chief scientist
\nat the World Health Organization Not only was<\/p>\n
integral in the development of this paper but
\nproposed these edits to the paper’s conclusions<\/p>\n
in an email he said hey you know love your paper
\nso great can I please micromanage and give you an<\/p>\n
edit instead of saying it’s unlikely that sarves
\ncame from a lab can you please say it’s improbable<\/p>\n
so he’s not one of the study’s authors he’s just
\nreading it and basically changing their conclusion<\/p>\n
or writing their conclusion that is really
\nunethical in the world of academic papers but he<\/p>\n
felt comfortable to do that in May another report
\nwas leaked showing just how the Pentagon thought<\/p>\n
that this paper also this nature Journal that
\nwe’re talking about which was used as the final<\/p>\n
word Pentagon doctors had said this is not good
\nscience here was a leaked paper from two doctors<\/p>\n
at the Pentagon Commander Jean-Paul Christian
\na Navy doctor and Dr Robert cutlip a research<\/p>\n
scientist at the defense intelligence agency and
\nboth concluded that the no lab leak paper was far<\/p>\n
from conclusive and that the government should not
\nmake decisions based on this paper because it just<\/p>\n
wasn’t very good well now we know just how far and
\nwide that paper was circulated in order to control<\/p>\n
the no lab leak conversation here’s from the
\nreport today it says since this proximal origin<\/p>\n
was published it’s been accessed 5.84 million
\ntimes that makes it the third most attention<\/p>\n
of any paper of similar age across all journals
\nand the second most attention of any paper in a<\/p>\n
similar age in nature medicine and it’s received
\nthe fifth most attention of any paper ever tracked<\/p>\n
ever this is the single one of the single most
\nimpactful and influential scientific papers in<\/p>\n
history and it expressed conclusions that were not
\nbased on sound science but instead assumptions so<\/p>\n
why why was this paper such a banger it was I
\nguess it was a box office hit you would call it<\/p>\n
and it was based on junk science and politics
\nas we’re going to show you who sent it around<\/p>\n
so much who elevated this content we know the
\nmedia did because they were able to use it to<\/p>\n
shut down conversations social media as well
\nwhy did this become such a banger paper no the<\/p>\n
report says something that I hadn’t heard before
\nnamely that Dr fauci had warned Dr Andreessen one<\/p>\n
of the paper studies that if you you’re going to
\nwrite this paper now if you conclude that covid<\/p>\n
came from a lab we’re going to have to contact
\nlaw enforcement he expands on this later but<\/p>\n
this is interesting why is he saying this now
\nif he thinks that even there is some kind of<\/p>\n
possibility that law enforcement needs
\nto be involved do you think he should<\/p>\n
wait for an academic paper which he’s
\ninfluencing that doesn’t seem very ethical<\/p>\n
um now here is the email where he says that if
\nthis is you know lab leak Theory goes for through<\/p>\n
then we’re going to have to call the authorities
\nand he says in the USA would be the FBI and in the<\/p>\n
UK it’d be MI5 so he’s saying look this is going
\nto really be bad for us we’re gonna have to call<\/p>\n
the police if this is what you find so run along
\ndo the paper and let’s hope you don’t get there<\/p>\n
is what I’m saying because if law enforcement
\nneeds to know about this you don’t wait until<\/p>\n
like but do your homework first that doesn’t
\nseem right to me does it seem right to you<\/p>\n
um yes like the house is on fire but I’m not
\ngoing to call the fire department until it<\/p>\n
hits the roof you know like once it gets
\nclose to the roof then we’ll call the fire<\/p>\n
department right yeah I I’m I’m curious thinks
\nthat the justice department will do about this<\/p>\n
um but I guess you know there are people there
\nhe wants to protect from having to be involved<\/p>\n
with the justice department uh the same author
\nDr Andreessen she found research initially in<\/p>\n
her conversation with her co-authors of this study
\nshowing that gain of function had been happening<\/p>\n
in China and I’m choosing not to show this to you
\non the screen but the other author then responded<\/p>\n
to her f word this is bad so they have already you
\ncan tell an agenda that they don’t want that one<\/p>\n
conclusion is bad one conclusion is good and
\nlet’s steer ourselves to the one that we want<\/p>\n
um they went on to author this paper asserting
\nthe very opposite in a few months even though<\/p>\n
they have we we know they have some data showing
\nthat there was gain of function done in China uh<\/p>\n
Dr Andreessen even wrote at one point that the
\npoint of the paper was to disprove the leak so<\/p>\n
again she’s not following the science but making
\nit up she wrote in February 8 2020 our main work<\/p>\n
over the past couple of weeks has been focused on
\ntrying to disprove any type of lab leak Theory so<\/p>\n
she’s not looking into the lably theory she’s
\nspecifically going in to debunk it she says but<\/p>\n
we’re at a Crossroads with the scientific evidence
\nit’s not very conclusive so she’s not happy<\/p>\n
with being able to doctor up this report this
\ncommunication is also new the two papers authors<\/p>\n
saying yeah but you know we’re gonna have to do
\nthis because can you imagine the politics at one<\/p>\n
she says I’m going to say the s word just so you
\nknow given the [\u00a0__\u00a0] show that would happen if<\/p>\n
anyone seriously accused the Chinese of accidental
\nrelease my feeling is we should say given there is<\/p>\n
no evidence of a specifically engineered virus
\nwe cannot possibly distinguish between Natural<\/p>\n
Evolution and Escape so we’re we are content with
\nascribing it to natural processes and she falls<\/p>\n
it’s not her that said that it was Andrew REM but
\nanother uh of the papers author and she says yeah<\/p>\n
totally agree you know I hate when politics is
\ninjected into science but it’s impossible not to<\/p>\n
uh no that’s wrong it’s not impossible not to
\ninject politics into science those two things<\/p>\n
can be mutually exclusive and so that’s a Smoking
\nGun of an email wouldn’t you say uh you wouldn’t<\/p>\n
like that from a peer reviewed study that
\nyou’re then using to make basis of I don’t<\/p>\n
know censorship policy all of that stuff um it
\njust goes on and on with these kind of you know<\/p>\n
conclusions about how Dr fauci knew his name was
\nused to pitch the study to the journal how him<\/p>\n
and his friends were influencing the conclusions
\nand how they were going towards one conclusion<\/p>\n
and ignoring all other research that would prove
\nthat would indicate a lab leak than actual lab<\/p>\n
not only that like you got the lab leak but
\nalso they were like putting magazine articles<\/p>\n
out to discredit other scientists that were saying
\nways to deal with the pandemic like just just any<\/p>\n
narrative that went against the what they wanted
\nregardless of what area it came from the lab leak<\/p>\n
the protocol for getting through it it had to be
\none way and that was the only way and everything<\/p>\n
else that was outside of that one way they tried
\neverything they could to discredit it yeah this<\/p>\n
is that’s that’s absurd it’s absolutely absurd and
\nso then when you consider the reach of this paper<\/p>\n
and how it was used to influence policy and how
\nwe were told that oh no we are the science we’re<\/p>\n
doing really good science you need to follow the
\nscience it does not Garner any kind of confidence<\/p>\n
in anything else that fauci and his team of
\nBethesda boys as they referred to them were doing<\/p>\n
um you know one of the reasons that maybe is
\nposited that they wanted to draw attention away<\/p>\n
from this lab leak theory was because the U.S
\nwas participating in gain of function research<\/p>\n
in China which was supposed to have stopped during
\nthe Obama Administration but was still Greenland<\/p>\n
under Dr fauci so um that’s maybe why they were
\ndoing it but you can come up with other reasons<\/p>\n
about why they were doing it what we know now is
\nthat they did it and so it brings up questions<\/p>\n
about what else were they lying to us about what
\nother science were they making up what other<\/p>\n
scientific studies were they ignoring so that
\nthey could get to one conclusion over another<\/p>\n
uh you know again it doesn’t Inspire confidence
\nat all um you know it’s not a scientific paper if<\/p>\n
you write a it’s it’s fiction if you just choose
\nwhat you want to include in order to get to the<\/p>\n
science the conclusion that you want uh so um you
\nknow that should have been there should have given<\/p>\n
that there were Pentagon doctors who already
\nwere poking holes at this this should should<\/p>\n
have happened at the peer review stage and why
\nit didn’t I don’t know um and I think it’s just<\/p>\n
worth reminding that this paper was the basis for
\ncensoring social media and calling people crazy<\/p>\n
for even hypothesizing the lab leaks such as this
\nSenator Tom Cotton they said he was Fringe for<\/p>\n
repeating this coveted Origins story uh we also
\nhad um Tucker Carlson he was they said he was<\/p>\n
debunked about this lably theory he wasn’t uh New
\nYork Times coveted reporter deletes a tweet they<\/p>\n
said it was racist the lab leak Theory so I mean
\nit created a lot of frenzy on a really terrible<\/p>\n
scientific paper when we were told no where where
\nthe science follow the science trust us with the<\/p>\n
science uh you know that trust was misused and I
\nfeel like this is further proof of that so let us<\/p>\n

to know this is Philip uh I I want to know what
\ncrime like that’s the thing that what’s weird to<\/p>\n
me is when they’re they’re basically threatening
\nthem to call law enforcement like but there I I<\/p>\n
really want to know like for what like what the
\nproposed crime is like is is this like referencing<\/p>\n
like compromat like do they have blackmail like
\nstuff on them or is there like what law would<\/p>\n
they be breaking in doing scientific research no
\nI don’t think that he’s saying we’ll call them<\/p>\n
on you I think he means we’ll call them about the
\nfact that there may have been like foreign actors<\/p>\n
involved in the release of a virus I I don’t know
\nexactly more like we we would have to call the FBI<\/p>\n
or somebody more than the you know law enforcement
\nunless they consider that law enforcement but but<\/p>\n
yeah I think it was more uh that okay if that if
\nthis is true we’re gonna have to get a lot more<\/p>\n
people involved and it’s going to make it a lot
\nstickier and this is going to be a big ordeal and<\/p>\n
you know just kind of like yeah and it seem
\nyeah but like I guess it’s the word that<\/p>\n
they use it’s law enforcement not not like
\nthe state department it’s not like like he<\/p>\n
specifically says law enforcement like what would
\nlaw enforcement have to do with it I could see if<\/p>\n
we’d have to contact the State Department if it
\nwas a foreign actor that they they figured that<\/p>\n
it could cause an international incident
\nyou wouldn’t get law enforcement involved<\/p>\n
in that that would be the state department the
\nstate department or the president yeah exactly<\/p>\n
so it’s like to me it’s like I guess
\nmaybe I’m just reading it wrong but<\/p>\n
like to me it sounds like it was a threat
\nlike they’re basically because you call<\/p>\n
law enforcement to to arrest people you don’t
\ncall law enforcement to protect the country<\/p>\n
against International embarrassment right
\nand who is he writing to here he’s writing to<\/p>\n
to uh Dr Anderson no in this email he’s saying
\nJeremy so he’s talking to Jeremy Ferrar oh gotcha<\/p>\n
who and he says I just got off the phone with
\nDr Anderson and but he had also told her that<\/p>\n
Dr Anderson if we find out that this is a lab
\nleak we’re going to have to call the authorities<\/p>\n
um and then he says to Jeremy Ferrar uh we’ll
\nhave to report it to appropriate authorities<\/p>\n
again this is you know if you think that there’s
\nany concern about this that you need to bring it<\/p>\n
to authorities anyway not until like after we
\nsee the paper um because you’re influencing the<\/p>\n
paper you obviously have no confidence that the
\npaper is going anywhere right so he knows that<\/p>\n
he’s going to lead the conclusion of the paper so
\nthe paper is not going to prove bump kiss um and<\/p>\n
so yeah that would mean that he’s saying this
\nis going to get sticky we’re going to have to<\/p>\n
bring in law enforcement so let’s just continue
\nto go down this path I guess that’s that’s maybe<\/p>\n
the way I read it not that like any one of
\nthem would be in trouble with law enforcement<\/p>\n
but I don’t know yeah and that’s kind of what
\nI feel too yeah I guess but I I I remember us<\/p>\n
Covenant covering a story as well where there
\nwere several doctors that initially had said<\/p>\n
that all roads were leading to the lab leak
\nTheory but then those doctors changed their<\/p>\n
opinion and then their their grants got uh funded
\ntheir their um which huge grants we covered that<\/p>\n
on the show yeah we had a senate testimony about
\nthat you’re right what were you gonna say Philip<\/p>\n
well I’m just still hung up on the on the words
\nused of law enforcement like and and how that<\/p>\n
just I just can’t I can’t let that go because
\nit just that that to me is just absolutely a<\/p>\n
threat because it’s not the it’s just the way
\nit’s worded like law enforcement yeah like I<\/p>\n
can’t imagine I can’t imagine what law enforcement
\nwould do if not to arrest somebody that’s because<\/p>\n
that’s what they do and you would think then
\nbecause she’s not Dr Andreessen is not going<\/p>\n
to be arrested she’s just taken an assignment um
\nyou would think unless she was sort of connected<\/p>\n
with this gain a function thing that it wasn’t a
\nthreat to her it was just in a threat to somebody<\/p>\n
but you would think someone in the room
\nwould be like well if it’s that serious<\/p>\n
we need to run it up the chain of commands
\nright now we need to tell I don’t know yeah<\/p>\n
um and him saying like MI5 in the UK would also
\nneed to be notified what why now I wonder if<\/p>\n
that’s why the UK If it’s basically a way of
\nsaying I’m gonna get law enforcement involved<\/p>\n
and anybody that’s in the know that’s in that
\nthread is like oh that’s going to lead back<\/p>\n
to me oh that’s going to lead back to me and
\nthen that’ll lead back to you because you we<\/p>\n
have this that you sent this email that they’re
\nnot talking about it’s just like a a veiled hey<\/p>\n
remember that you are connected to this just
\nlike Alex is just like I am and if we get law<\/p>\n
enforcement they’re going to be going through
\nour stuff and you know maybe I I that’s how I<\/p>\n
see it like like it’s just going to be a lot of
\nred tape for us I don’t see it as like somebody’s<\/p>\n
going to get rested right then but or is it
\nall of us because we’ve been ignoring the Obama<\/p>\n
administration’s directive on gain of function so
